TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Instructions on how to claim and the rewards form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Only one (1) claim permitted per Eligible Product purchased. Only one (1) claim permitted per household and/or per e-mail address.
  2. Claims are only open to New Zealand residents. Claimants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to claim and further, the parent/guardian of the claimant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor submitting a claim in this promotion.
  3. Promotion opens for purchases on 06/02/2017 and closes for purchases at close of business on 19/03/2017 ("Purchase Period"). Claims open at 9:00am on 06/02/2017 and close at 11:59pm AEDST on 26/03/2017 or when a maximum of $19,000 in claims has been awarded, whichever is first to occur ("Claim Period").
  4. To be eligible to claim 200% cashback, individuals must purchase an Eligible Product (defined below) from a participating retailer during the Purchase Period ("Qualifying Purchase"). For the purposes of this promotion, a participating retailer will be any retailer displaying material advertising this offer during the Purchase Period.

    "Eligible Products" are specially-marked Schick Hydro Groomer Kit (RRP$21.99), specially- marked Schick Hydro Power Select Kit (RRP$16.99), specially-marked Schick Hydro 5 Kit (RRP$14.49) and specially-marked Schick Hydro 3 Kit (RRP$10.99). Each Eligible Product will contain a promotional sticker featuring a unique code on the reverse ("Unique Code").
  5. To claim 200% Cashback, individuals must then complete the following steps during the Claim Period:

  6. a) visit www.schickdoublecashback.co.nz and follow the prompts to the promotional claim page;
    b) input all of the requested details (including their full name, a valid email address, their residential address (and their mailing address, if different to their residential address), the full barcode number of the Eligible Product purchased, the purchase price, and the Unique Code);
    c) The reason they were unhappy with their 'Eligible Product'
    d)select their preferred method of receiving the refund (i.e. PayPal or cheque);
    e)upload a scanned copy or photo of their purchase receipt to the claim form; and
    f)submit the fully completed claim form.
    The 200% cashback offer is only available until 11:59pm on 26/03/2017 or until a maximum of $19,000 in claims has been awarded, whichever is first to occur.
  7. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
  8. Only one (1) claim permitted per Eligible Product purchased. Only one (1) claim permitted per household and/or per e-mail address.
  9. Claimants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt, their original Eligible Product barcode and original promotional sticker (clearly showing the Unique Code) as proof of purchase. Individuals must also provide a scanned copy or photo of their purchase receipt when submitting a claim. Failure to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of a claimant’s claim and forfeiture of any right to a reward. Purchase receipt must clearly specify the store of purchase as a participating retailer, that the Eligible Product specified on their claim form was purchased, and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to claim submission (as applicable).
  10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
  12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Every valid claim received during the Claim Period will each be awarded 200% of the price paid for the Eligible Product purchased, based on the exact value of the Schick Hydro Men’s Kit shown on the supplied purchase receipt scan up to a maximum of $43.98 (ie. Double the RRP value of the Schick Hydro 5 Groomer Kit). For example, claimants that purchased a specially- marked Schick Hydro Groomer Kit at $21.99 will receive a cheque or transfer to their Paypal account for $43.98, or claimants that purchased a specially-marked Schick Hydro 3 Kit at $10.99 will receive a cheque or transfer to their Paypal account for $21.98. The 200% cashback provided will be based on the value of the Eligible Product purchased, as specified on the purchase receipt. The claim will be awarded via the payment method nominated by the claimant on their claim form.
  14. Successful claimants will be notified by email.
  15. Total reward pool valued at up to $19,000.
  16. If for any reason a successful claimant does not take a reward by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the reward will be forfeited.
  17. Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  19. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  20. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  21. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  22. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim/entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (e) taking and/or use of a reward.
  23. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to New Zealand regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.schickfreeyourskin.co.nz/women/privacy-policy. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  24. The Promoter reserves the right to amend any aspect of this promotion at any time.
